Rachel Holleran

Founder & Lead School Psychologist

Our founder, Rachel, is an active School Psychologist and has historically been licensed across 13 states. With additional prior experience in special education and behavior management, Rachel has been exposed to every facet of the related services system in schools nationwide. After years of onsite support and training roles, Rachel pivoted her focus to the virtual model. Since then, she has dedicated her time and energy to identifying areas of improvement within virtual service delivery. Having worked with several other companies offering similar programs, Rachel recognized a gap. Ensuring students have access to services is non-negotiable, but a one-size-fits-all approach is not always effective. Costs are not necessarily affordable and providers are not exclusively curated for each district’s unique needs. She saw an opportunity to adjust structure, reduce overhead and apply that additional value directly toward providers and partner districts. Strategic Education Partners was founded not just as a company, but as a tailored-to-fit solution that fulfills the needs of any school. Outside of building an empire, you will most likely find her answering emails at a soccer game or making a to-do list at gymnastics. When she finally takes a break, Rachel enjoys traveling with her husband and children.

Jess Holt

Finance & Compliance Ops

Jess initially joined Strategic Education Partners in 2024 to assist with paperwork and buildout tasks as the company began to scale. With a background in psychology, non-profit healthcare and staffing, Jess brought new ideas to the team, utilizing her management skills to put more organizational structure in place. She is now responsible for partner and provider onboarding, financials and compliance. In her free time, Jess is probably shuttling a child to soccer, baseball or jiu jitsu, with the occasional pause to hit a theme park with her husband and three boys.

Laurie Wylie

School Psychologist & Executive Director

After almost 3 decades in the School Services sector, Laurie understands what it takes to be an effective clinician in any setting. While her early career equipped her with impressive longevity as a School Psychologist in brick and mortar settings, in more recent years she pivoted to virtual service delivery. Within the virtual space, she quickly climbed the ladder and became a top performer, leading clinical teams in account management and later director and VP level roles. When she came to Strategic Education Partners she was seasoned and ready to be a part of building something big. Bringing clinical expertise and a wealth of knowledge, Laurie was ready to achieve peak success. SEP provided the opportunity to pave a pathway that improved industry standards. If Laurie ever finds down time, the newly empty nester enjoys yoga, reading with a dog in her lap and traveling with her husband and two children.

Caitlin Magiera

Speech-Language Pathologist & SLP Team Lead

With over five years in virtual service delivery and almost two decades as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, Caitlin leads our team of SLPs. Over the years, Caitlin has worked in 1:1 therapy environments and full classrooms, honing her ability to work with students Pre-K through 12th grade. Joining Strategic Education Partners in 2024, Caitlin quickly became a go-to provider for guidance and PRN needs with districts. In 2025 she was promoted to a supervisory role, and began assisting with compliance, licensure questions and scheduling logistics. Caitlin enjoys her direct work with students so much that she maintains direct student placements in addition to her supervisory responsibilities for the company. Outside of work, Caitlin is a dedicated mother of two and enjoys traveling, particularly cruising, with her husband, son and daughter.
